A community group has reacted angrily to the city council’s decision to reduce the amount of committee agendas it prints.
The council hopes to save £40,000 a year if it reduces the amount of agendas it prints and gets people to view them online instead.
But Jane Cox, chairman of Northway Tenants’ and Residents’ Association, said: “It’s ridiculous. People who don’t have computers or access to the Internet will be left out. It’s all very well saying you can get it from the library, but some people can’t get there.”
