A landlord has lost his appeal against fines for failing to properly license and maintain one of his properties.
Mohammed Ali Rana was fined £13,500 by Oxford magistrates’ in December for failing to license a house in multiple occupation, which was also in a poor state of repair.
Oxford Crown Court dismissed his appeal and awarded the city council costs of £287.50.
