HOUSE prices have fallen once again in Oxfordshire.
Official Government figures for March show that the value of the average home was £218,009, down 13.7 per cent on the same month last year.
The average price has now fallen consistently for a year in the county.
But there are some signs of a recovery — over the first quarter of the year, the rate of decline in prices has averaged at 1.13 per cent, compared with two per cent over the last quarter of 2008.
