Police are appealing for witnesses after a theft outside the NatWest bank in Bridge Street, Banbury.
Two men approached a 73-year-old man at 6.15pm on Tuesday, as he was walking away from a cashpoint. While asking him for spare change, they managed to take his bank card without him realising.
Polcie said the two men were described as being ‘dark-skinned and European.’
