A motorcyclist has been arrested following a hit-and-run collision which left a cyclist with a fractured skull.
Monica Reddick, 43, also known as Claire, suffered severe head injuries in a collision with a motorcycle on Knights Road, in Blackbird Leys, at about 2.30pm on Easter Monday.
The motorcyclist failed to stop at the scene and Mrs Reddick, of Blackbird Leys Road, was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford, where she remained for more than a week.
A 28-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of careless driving, failing to stop and failing to report.
He has been bailed until May 26.
