A woman who fraudulently claimed £36,000 in tax credits was given a suspended prison sentence.
Alison Moore, of Catmore Close, Grove, near Wantage, claimed tax credits as a single parent, despite living with a partner.
Moore, 35, was given a 48-week sentence, suspended for two years.
She was also ordered to do 200 hours community service and pay £500 in costs.
