OXFORD: Raheem Ahmed, 32, of Starwort Path, Oxford, admitted possessing a Class B drug, cannabis, at Oxford, on March 19. Fined £200, ordered to pay £30 costs and a £15 victim’s surcharge.
Robert O’Brien, 21, of White Road, Oxford, admitted possessing a Class B drug, cannabis, at Oxford on March 20. Fined £185, ordered to pay £60 costs and a £15 victim’s surcharge.
Holdijah Samuels, 18, of Hollow Way, Cowley, admitted possessing a Class B drug, cannabis, at Oxford on March 18. Fined £70, ordered to pay £30 costs and a £15 victim’s surcharge.
David Smales, 53, of an unknown address, admitted common assault at Oxford on February 2. Fined £100, and ordered to pay a £15 victim’s surcharge Leodis Williams, 27, of Milton Road, Oxford, admitted drink driving on Cumberland Road, Oxford, on March 20. Found to have 46 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Also admitted using a motor vehicle without insurance. Also admitted to driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence. Banned from driving for 12 months, fined £100, £30 costs and a £15 victim’s surcharge.
Clint Hurn, 25, of Mortimer Road, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place at Oxford on March 21. Fined £100, £60 costs and a £15 victim’s surcharge, Andrew Swadling, 34, of Marlborough Road, Oxford, admitted breaching an antisocial behaviour order, which prohibited begging, at Oxford on December 18. Given a community order to attend appointments with a responsible officer, and pay £50 costs.
Paul Arnold, 33, of Roundway, Headington, admitted theft of a handbag and contents to the value of £572 at Oxford on January 10. Jailed for 60 days.
Ian Churchill, 26, of Wentworth Road, Thame, admitted using a motor vehicle without third party insurance on February 7, at Thame. Also admitted drink driving on February 7 on Wellington Street, Thame. Found to have 95 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. Banned from driving for 12 months, fined £400, ordered to pay £60 costs and a £15 victim’s surcharge.
James Ewins, 25, of Stanway Road, Headington, admitted threatening behaviour at Oxford on March 21. Fined £50, with £60 costs and a £15 victim’s surcharge.
Andrew Wharton, 43, of Croft Road, Marston, admitted drink driving in Marston Road, Oxford, on March 21. Found to have 72 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Banned from driving for three years. Fined £150, with £60 costs and a £15 victim’s surcharge.
Robert Jennings, 28, of Coniston Avenue, Headington, admitted being in charge of a motor vehicle while above the legal drink drive limit at Oxford on January 24. Found to have 54 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Licence given 10 points, fined £250, ordered to pay £150 costs and a £15 victim’s surcharge.
Kenneth Brain, 71, of Cotswold Crescent, Marston, admitted drink driving on Woodstock Road, Oxford, on March 20. Found to have 51 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Banned from driving for 12 months, fined £100, ordered to pay £60 costs, and a £15 victim’s surcharge.
John Brown, 20, of no fixed address, admitted obstructing a constable in the execution of his duty in Oxford on February 23. Fined £100, and a £15 victim’s surcharge.
John Mountford, 32, of Woodgreen Avenue, Banbury, admitted stealing pliers, trainers and a purse, to the value of £37.18, from TK Maxx, Oxford on March 19. Fined £50, ordered to pay £50 costs, and a £15 victim’s surcharge.
WITNEY: Hazel Barnett- Constantine, 18, of Church Lane, Drayton, admitted speeding on Faringdon Road, Abingdon on October 10. Found to be travelling at 51 miles per hour on a 30 miles per hour road. Given five points on licence, fined £90, ordered to pay £60 costs and a £15 victim’s surcharge.
Fernando Berttiol, of Fiennes Road, Oxford, admitted using a motor vehicle without third party insurance at Oxford on October 8. Licence endorsed with six penalty points, fined £200, ordered to pay £60 costs and a £15 victim’s surcharge.
Marek Brojak, 22, of Grays Road, Headington, admitted driving a vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence at Oxford on November 30. Fined £50, ordered to pay £60 costs and a £15 victim’s surcharge. Also admitted using a vehicle without third party insurance. Banned from driving for 12 months, fined £180. Also admitted failing to stop at a road accident. Fined £50. Also admitted driving a vehicle without due care and attention. Fined £100.
Michael Buonocore, 19, of Long Lane, Littlemore, admitted driving a vehicle without due care and attention at Littlemore on November 27. Licence endorsed with five penalty points, fined £70, ordered to pay £60 costs and a £15 victim’s surcharge.
Darren Davison, 36, of Leiden Road, Headington, found guilty of using a vehicle without third party insurance at Oxford on June 16. Licence given six points, fined £525, ordered to pay £80 costs and a £15 victim’s surcharge.
Catherine Heider, 48, of Thames View, Abingdon, admitted speeding on Oxford Road, Abingdon, on August 12. Found to be travelling at 37 miles per hour in a 30 miles per hour zone. Licence endorsed with three penalty points, fined £60, ordered to pay £60 costs and a £15 victim’s surcharge. Also admitted speeding on Oxford Road, Abingdon, on August 15. Found to be travelling at 36 miles per hour in a 30 miles per our zone. Fined £60, ordered to pay £60 costs and a £15 victim’s surcharge.
Tylah Johnson, 20, of Barns Road, Cowley, admitted using a motor vehicle without third party insurance, at Cowley on September 13. Six penalty points, fined £100, ordered to pay £60 costs and a £15 victim’s surcharge. Also admitted driving a vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence. Fined £35.
Byron Jose, 23, of Long Ground, Oxford, admitted using a vehicle without third party insurance at Oxford, on September 26. Licence endorsed with six penalty points, fined £525, £80 costs, and a £15 victim’s surcharge.
