An inquest is starting today into the death of Thames Valley Police officer Sarah Underhill who died while pregnant with twins.
The neighbourhood officer from south Oxfordshire died aged 37 at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford on October 5 last year, after experiencing maternity-related complications with her twins, Hannah and James.
The twins were delivered by Cesarian section.
The inquest is being held at Oxford Coroner’s Court and starts this morning at 10am.
