JUST how does B Frampton (Oxford Mail letters, April 3) equate the non-scooping of dog waste (a practice that I abhor) to being banned from owning a dog?
Can this maxim now be extended to the parents of feral youths who are plaguing our towns with their antisocial behaviour?
Read the pages of the Oxford Mail most days – most of it reads far worse than the non-scooping of dog poo. Should not their parents also take equal responsibility and be barred from having another child?
