Two youths were captured on CCTV pulling up flowers and hitting each other with them at the Old Abbey house, Abingdon.

The incident happened at 6.50pm on Wednesday. The 15 and 19-year-olds were arrested on suspicion of criminal damage.

Inspector Ian Money said: “Tackling anti-social behaviour is still a top priority for Thames Valley Police. This incident shows what a nuisance anti-social behaviour can be, but that we can deal with it quickly and efficiently.”

“We will continue to treat anti-social behaviour very seriously and we will be offering anti-social behaviour contracts (ABCs) to those who commit it.”
