Four teenagers and a man arrested after a boy’s 16th birthday party ended with gunshots and sex attack in a portable loo have been bailed a second time by police pending further inquiries.
Police launched an investigation after trouble at a party in the garage of a converted barn in Gagingwell, near Enstone, west Oxfordshire, in the early hours of Sunday, March 8.
Two boys aged 16-years-old and an 18-year-old man arrested on suspicion of theft and sexual assault were bailed yesterday until April 21.
A 17-year-old boy quizzed on suspicion of theft and a 22-year-old man arrested on suspicion of causing actual bodily harm were also released on bail until April 21.
