SEVERAL times on the way into Oxford I have driven past the speed indication device at Besselsleigh at less than the 50mph limit and yet the illuminated sign has flashed up a nagging message telling me to slow down.
Which daft person decided to set the machine so it would tell people off unnecessarily?
