Both were released on bail until April 17.
A 39-year-old woman arrested for immigration offences is in the custody of the UK Border Agency.
A Thames Valley Police spokesman said officers and UK Border Agency officers acted after an anonymous tip-off made to Crimestoppers.
Sgt Dave Bishop said: “This is a great example of how intelligence from the community — even anonymously to Crimestoppers — can lead to arrests.”
