A flasher wearing a long leather jacket exposed himself to four young girls.
Police are appealing for witnesses after he flashed the girls in Tramway Industrial Estate, Banbury, shortly after 6pm on Friday.
The flasher had a thick bushy, black beard and wore round thin-framed glasses and receding, swept-back black hair.
He was white, around 6ft 5in tall, slim, in his late 30s and wearing dark trainers or shoes and a brown leather coat that came down to his ankles.
Pc Mike Welsh said: “When challenged, the man ran along the canal towpath towards Station Approach caravan site.
“He was then seen running towards the train station car park.
“I appeal to anyone who has seen a man of this description, or been approached in this way, to contact police immediately.”
Anyone with information should contact police on 08458 505505 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
