ALMOST every day I cycle to Oxford Central Library.

On my way there are four things which annoy me every time: motorists who don’t signal before turning; drivers who have their headlamps on in broad daylight; cyclists who ride straight through red traffic lights; and cyclists who pedal illegally along Queen Street.

The last can be seen every minute between 10am and 6pm. And, annoyingly, the police often seem to do nothing to stop them.
