A woman has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving after a collision on November 10 on the A34 northbound slip road at Gosford,when Charlotte Hil, aged 13, was killed.
Magdalena Ochnio, 30, of Columbia Place, Milton Keynes, was charged on March 2 and has been released on bail to return to Oxford Magistrates’ Court on March 16.
