Hundreds of volunteers are gearing up for the great Oxford spring clean.
About 100 groups will be taking to the streets for the second OxClean event on Friday and Saturday.
Oxford Civic Society, which runs the event with Oxford City Council, wasted no time in getting started.
A team went out on Tuesday to assess hedges and ditches around the Oxford Ring Road, at Marston, where they will be sending 20 volunteers as part of the big clean-up.
The Oxford Times is again supporting OxClean. Groups taking part are urged to send in photographs of their volunteers in action, so we can publish them in next week’s edition of The Oxford Times, which will offer full coverage of the weekend clean-up.
Pictures should be sent to yourpix@nqo.com
