Police are advising residents not to leave their car keys on display after two high-value motorcycles were stolen in a burglary in Stonesfield last week.
Sometime between February 12 and 22, a house in Wootton End, Stonesfield, was entered through a front window. The intruders then gained access to a detached garage from which they took two Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
The two bikes are valued at £14,000 and £22,000. Nothing else was stolen from the property.
Anyone who saw anything suspicious or has any information relating to this theft should contact PC Webb via the Police Enquiry Centre on 0845 8 505 505.
If you don't want to talk to police and don't want to leave your name, call the Crimestoppers charity anonymously on 0800 555 111.
