Low-lying land and roads across Oxfordshire are still at risk of being flooded, according to the Environment Agency today.
There are Flood Watches on the River Windrush from Bourton to Newbridge, the River Thames from Days Lock, Little Wittenham, to Pangbourne, the River Thames from Cirencester to St John’s Lock, Lechlade, and the River Cherwell.
There are also Flood Watches on the River Ray in Oxfordshire, the River Thame and Chalgrove Brook, and the River Ock from Watchfield to Abingdon.
The Letcombe Brook at Wantage, Grove and East Hanney is also on Flood Watch, together with the River Thames in the Abingdon area and the Thames and its tributaries in Oxford.
The agency has also placed the River Thames from Buscot to Kings Lock, Oxford, on Flood Watch.
There is no longer a Flood Warning — the highest alert — on the River Thame between Chiselhampton and Drayton St Leonard.
