Drivers are being warned by the Met Office to take extra care due to icy road conditions this morning.
There were two accidents on the A338 at East Hanney near Wantage in the icy conditions and the road is partly blocked.
Ice is also causing problems for drivers on Hanney Road, between the B4017 Abingdon Road junction and the Steventon Road junction in Steventon.
There are delays eastbound on the A420 near the Botley interchange in Oxford following an accident.
And drivers heading to the M40 from Oxford are facing diversions, following the closure of the Oxford spur road due to emergency repairs.
There is flooding on Lower Street at the Mill Street junction in Islip near Kidlington.
First Great Western train services to London Paddington are running as normal but there are delays of up to 45 minutes between Oxford and Worcester following a signalling failure.
