A Crown Court jury was this morning due to continue considering its verdict in the case of a teenager accused of attacking an Oxford University student.
Thomas Mack, 18, of Nicholas Avenue, Marston, denies causing actual bodily harm, grievous bodily harm with intent and robbery.
He was charged after Japanese student Kentaro Ikeda was found with brain injuries in University Parks, Oxford, on July 31, 2008.
Craig Knowles, 18, of Oxford Road, Old Marston, has already admitted the three charges.
