Waste and recycling collections in the Chipping Norton area were postponed for a second day running this morning due to the weather conditions.
Collections were cancelled yesterday after heavy snowfall in the area on Monday/ Council officers decided snow and ice on some roads today made it unsafe for collections to be made.
Households were asked to leave their bins and recycling boxes on the kerbside as the area was due to be re-assessed later today with collections due to resume once it was deemed safe.
Elsewhere in west Oxfordshire, collections continued as normal.
