Three homes were flooded this morning as rain water continues to cause problems across the county.
The Environment Agency said it is heavily monitoring Chalgrove Brook after three homes were flooded but added further flooding elsewhere in the county is now unlikely.
Rivers across Oxfordshire, including Thames, Ock, Letcombe Brook, Evenlode, Windrush, Ray and Cherwell, remain on Flood Watch.
Roads in West Hanney and Great Milton remain closed due to flooding.
The B4011 Bicester Road at Long Crendon, Wheatley Road, in Wheatley, and Park Lane, in Stanford in the Vale, have all reopened.
A spokesman for the Environment Agency said: “The current outlook in Oxfordshire is better but we are monitoring the situation.”
The River Thames is still slowly rising but no homes are believed to be under threat, she added.
