Three homes in south Oxfordshire were flooded today as melting snow and heavy rain on Monday continues to cause problems across the county.
The Environment Agency said it was keeping a close eye on the Chalgrove Brook after the houses were inundated but said further problems elsewhere in the county looked unlikely.
Rivers across Oxfordshire, including the Thames, Ock, Letcombe Brook, Evenlode, Windrush, Ray and Cherwell, remain on Flood Watch, the qagency's lowest level of alert.
Roads in West Hanney and Great Milton remain closed due to flooding.
The B4011 Bicester Road at Long Crendon; Wheatley Road, in Wheatley; and Park Lane, in Stanford in the Vale, have all reopened.
An Environment Agency spokesman said: “The current outlook in Oxfordshire is better but we're monitoring the situation.”
The level of the Thames is still slowly rising but no homes were believed to be under threat, she added.
