Pupils at North Kidlington Primary School set themselves a real challenge with their end-of-term production in July 1983.
A 30-strong choir is pictured rehearsing their version of the popular musical Joseph and his Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.
Pupils aged eight to 11 made up the choir — and clearly much work had gone into making costumes and props.
Teachers Rita Kerr and Jayne Hill had taken over the musical arrangements because music teacher Elizabeth Stock was on maternity leave. Caroline Wadman was in charge of the costumes.
When this picture was taken, rehearsals had been going on for five months.
Do you recognise yourself or anyone else in the picture?
