More than 100 cannabis plants have been found in a building in Eynsham.
Police discovered the factory at an address in Mill Street on Sunday and arrested a 37-year-old man.
He has been bailed until March 17. Police are carrying out further inquiries.
Pc Leigh Thompson, Thames Valley Police’s drugs co-ordinator for Oxfordshire, said: “Following a search of the premises, a complex system of lighting and filtration systems, together with 103 cannabis plants were recovered.
“All of the plants and equipment have been seized.”
