Oxford Bus Company is advising passengers the vast majority of its services in the city are running as normal, including the park-and-ride routes.
There is also a full service on the Espress coach service to London and the Airline to Heathrow and Gatwick.
However, the City4 service still can not get to Elms Rise, Botley, due to the icy conditions on the road.
Phil Ashworth, a spokesman for the Oxford Bus Company, said: “The buses are turning round at Elms Parade.
“Pupils from Matthew Arnold School will be dropped off on the main road at the bottom of Arnold’s Way.”
Due to poor road conditions, there are also a number of alterations to Stagecoach's rural services and around Banbury.
59 - unable to serve Adderbury, Steeple Aston and Tackley villages, buses running via the main road
59A - in addition to the above, unable to serve Duns Tew and Middle Barton
488 - no service
500 - unable to serve Chacombe and will only serve Market Square in Brackley
B2 - unable to serve Bodicote
B5 - unable to serve Bretch Hill, turning at Woodgreen Avenue
B7 - no service
B8 - unable to serve Hastings Road, buses running via Highlands
S3 - unable to serve the section between Woodstock and Charlbury
S3 - unable to serve Cornish Road in Chipping Norton
RH Transport is operating a normal service on most of its routes but due to difficult road conditions in west Oxfordshire, the X8 is only operating between Chipping Norton and Kingham railway station.
The X9 cannot serve Chadlington, Finstock and Ramsden villages but will instead stop on the main roads nearby.
