Oxford Bus Company has said it is running a “good service” on the majority of its routes this morning.
However, the untreated roads in the city’s estates are still causing problems.
A spokesman said: “We are running run a good service on most of our local City services and on the park-and-ride routes. There’s a full service on the espress coach service to London and the airline to Heathrow and Gatwick.
“The City 4 service is serving Rose Hill but we can’t get to Elms Rise or Dean Court — the buses are turning round at Elms Parade. There is a service on the City 4 through to Abingdon.
“The City 6 to Wolvercote can only run on Woodstock Road.
“The City 8 service to Barton and the City 9 to Risinghurst are having to turn round at the Headington roundabout.
“The City 13 service is not able to use the Northway estate but is serving the JR hospital.”
