The Oxford Bus Company is reporting a slight improvement in its services this afternoon.
The City 4 services is now able to reach the Rose Hill estate and the Heathrow service has returned to half-hourly departures.
Buses still cannot access Didcot due to stranded vehicles, which means the City 35 is not able to run beyond Abingdon.
A spokesman said: “Even though the City 4 can now get to Rose Hill we are unable to get beyond Elms Parade in Botley and so all City 4 services are turning round there.
“The City 6 to Wolvercote is sticking to the Woodstock Road and turning at the Woodstock Road roundabout.
“We are not able to serve the Barton area with City 8, or Risinghurst with the City 9. Buses are turning round at the Headington roundabout.
“The City 13 service is not able to use the Northway estate but is serving to the JR hospital.
“The coaches to London and Heathrow and Gatwick Airports are now back to their normal frequency.
“We are constantly monitoring the situation and watching the weather forecasts with great care.”
