A research group aiming to tackle the relationship between Islam and Christianity has opened its doors in Oxford.
The inauguration of the Centre for Muslim-Christian Studies was held at Greyfriars Church, in Iffley Road, on Tuesday. The research organisation, which is run by a charitable trust, aims to develop studies, research and create influential writings into the relationship, differences and similarities between Christianity and Islam.
The centre will be based at offices in Iffley Road about 200 yards from Greyfriars Church.
