Due to a forecast of heavy snow overnight and tomorrow in the West Midlands and the Marches, train operators First Great Western and CrossCountry are advising passengers to check what services are running before setting off to stations.
The wintry weather is expected to affect CrossCountry’s services linking Oxford and Banbury with Leamington Spa, Coventry and Birmingham and FGW trains on the Cotswold Line, linking Oxford with Worcestershire and Herefordshire.
In addition, FGW has cancelled tomorrow's 5.17am Cotswold Line train from Great Malvern to London, which calls at Kingham, Charlbury and Hanborough and is due to depart from Oxford at 6.56am.
Passengers from the west Oxfordshire stations are advised instead to use either the earlier 5.02am departure from Worcester or the 5.35am from Hereford.
For the latest information, see the train operators' websites or call 08457 484950.
