Oxford Bus Company has said its services are running normally today, despite icy conditions.
The firm said local City routes, Park and Ride, Espress London buses and the airline to Heathrow and Gatwick, were back on track.
A spokesman said: "We were able to reinstate the service to Gatwick with the first coach of the morning and all roads in the Gatwick area are reported to be clear.
"Any passengers who bought online tickets to Gatwick or Heathrow for use yesterday will be able to use those tickets today and tomorrow."
Meanwhile, Stagecoach buses will be affected on the following routes.
Route 215, which normally serves Smiths Estate and Springfield Oval in Witney, will not run.
The 59A service will not serve Middle Barton or Duns Tew. Buses will follow the 59 route along the A4260.
The bus company cannot serve Windmill Road in North Leigh, and services will use Parks Road instead.
