Oxford Georgina McGurn, 29, of Iffley Road, Oxford, admitted stealing two bottles of wine worth £7.98 from The Local in Iffley Road, Oxford, on October 8. Also admitted stealing two bottles of wine worth £8.98 from the same store on October 30. Given 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £7.98 compensation.

Daniel Ruggirello, 32, of St Clement’s Street, Oxford, admitted stealing four bottles of perfume worth £93.96 from TK Maxx on August 30. Also admitted three charges of failing to surrender to bail at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on September 9, October 24 and November 20. Also admitted stealing packet of chocolate eclairs worth £1.19 from a branch of the Co-op on October 2 and seven bottles of whisky and gin worth £91.93 from Marks & Spencer on October 27. Given 12 month supervision order with drug treatment programme and banned from entering any branch of Marks & Spencer or TK Maxx for 12 months.

Graham Wharton, 19, of Butterworth Place, Blackbird Leys, Oxford, admitted assault by beating in Oxford on November 17. Given 18 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £60 compensation.

Stephen Dare, 41, of Morrell Crescent, Littlemore, admitted possessing a wrap of cannabis resin in Oxford on September 11. Also admitted committing further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. Given £90 fine, £60 costs, £15 victim surcharge.

Andrew Thomas, 19, of Cromwell Drive, Didcot, admitted possessing a 12 inch kitchen knife in Hamble Road, Didcot, on October 22. Given eight week jail sentence suspended for 12 months, 60 hours of unpaid work and £60 costs.
