Police are appealing for information after a house in Church Street in Appleford was burgled between 9am and 8.40pm on Friday.
The burglars broke into the house by smashing the rear conservatory door and stole a 26-inch flat screen television and some cheque books.
PC Stephen Knight said: “It is likely that the burglar would have needed some transport so I would like to appeal to anyone who may have seen a suspicious vehicle or any unusual activity in the area to contact me.”
