Firefighters were called to a kebab shop in East Oxford last night to tackle a small fire.
An extractor fan unit at Bodrum Kebab, in Cowley Road, caught alight at 3am.
No-one was hurt in the fire which started accidentally.
Fire crews were also called to Don Boscoe Close in Cowley after arsonists set a motorbike on fire at about 3am.
No-one was hurt and Thames Valley Police have been informed.
