A 39-year-old man who admitted carrying a knife walked free from court today.
David Reid, of Green Hill Greater Leys, Oxford, was stopped by police in Blackbird Leys Road, Blackbird Leys, in June, and was found with a kitchen knife in his back pocket.
Reid pleaded guilty to possessing an article with a blade or point at Oxford Magistrates’ Court.
District Judge Deborah Wright released Reid, handing him a two-year community order.
