Ten guns have been seized from a house near Wantage.
Police searched a home in Letcombe Hill, East Challow.
They arrested a 58-year-old man on suspicion of breaching firearm licence conditions and released him on bail until December 3.
Police spokesman Toby Shergold said: “The items seized were approximately ten guns and some ammunition.”
Last month police arrested Martin Young, 63, of Headington, Oxford, on suspicion of possession of a prohibited firearm and seized 435 rifles and shotguns from his home.
He was released on police bail.
The two incidents are not related, Mr Shergold added.
