A 21-year-old drug dealer has been jailed for three years.
Joseph Aristide, of Kingsclere Road, Bicester, was sentenced at Oxford Crown Court after admitting possession of heroin and crack cocaine with intent to supply.
The court heard Aristide was stopped and searched by police in Ashby Road in Bicester on October 4.
Police found heroin and crack cocaine worth £1,500 and £140 in cash in his possession PC Richie Iwanoff, Bicester neighbourhood officer, said: “This is the latest arrest by officers in the Bicester area in disrupting the drugs trade.
"The sentence given to Aristide sends out the message that drug dealing of class-A drugs will not be tolerated by police or the courts.
“Will we will be targeting all forms of drug dealers in the Bicester area and the members of public fully support our efforts in this.”
