Delays of around 30 minutes are expected on the A34 northbound.
A broken down lorry closed the left hand lane of the road earlier, at the Kidlington junction, but has now been reopened. The Highways Agency are warning of severe delays between junction 9 with the M40 and junction 13 with the M4 but normal traffic conditions are expected by 3.30pm.
