A truck driver who was killed in a crash on the M40 this week has been named.
Patrick Denblijden, 49, of Gistel, in Belgium, died after his lorry was in a collision with another.
The accident blocked both carriageways of the motorway on Wednesday and caused ten-mile tailbacks.
