Children will tomorrow perform their 'fangtastic' version of Bram Stoker's Dracula.

The children have been working into the night all week with professional company, Creation Theatre, on the classic horror to perform to family and friends as St Michael's Parish Hall in Summertown.

The students chose to perform the horror from a selection of 19th century literature, including Frankenstein and Arthur Conan-Doyle's classic crime-busting detective, Sherlock Holmes.

Taking the lead role is nine-year-old Freddie Tux-worth, from North Oxford.

The company worked with the children, all aged between nine and 12, as part of a half term workshop.

Victoria Ruskin, who directed the performance and led the workshop, said: "This is the first Halloween workshop we have done and it has been a great success.

"The children have really enjoyed it and we will definitely be doing this again."

Creation Theatre's Halloween Workshop will be performed at St Michael's Parish Hall, at 3pm.
