ABINGDON: Medical technology company Toumaz Technology awarded special prizes to two physics A-Level pupils from St. Birinus School in Didcot following a visit to the company organised by The Industrial Trust. Students John Salmons and Bryony Teal were awarded first and second prizes of £100 and £50 each for the best project work completed in their AS-level year. Earlier this year the company hosted two groups of A-Level Physics students from St Birinus in partnership with the Indutrial Trust which specialises in taking students into the work environment to explain how their studies are applied in the real world.
