Motorists are currently experiencing delays on the Oxford ring road between the Watlington turn off and the Littlemore Roundabout.
The delays are due to a collision between two cars and a scooter, which happened at around 7.30am. It is affecting motorists on the northbound carriageway.
There are currently tailbacks as far back as the the Horspath Driftway, while debris is cleared from the scene.
One woman had to be taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Headington following the collision, though her injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
