The A34 northbound between Abingdon and Oxford's Botley interchange is currently blocked following a four-vehicle collision.
The collision involved a silver Vauxhall Astra, a silver VW Golf, a gold Honda CRV and a Mercedes van. Three people suffered minor injuries.
Police were called to the scene shortly before 4pm.
Traffic is moving, although officers at the scene have warned motorists to expect delays.
