Golden girl opens sports centre
Olympic sailing gold medallist sailor Pippa Wilson, in blue, was in Oxford today to open a school's new £2m sports centre.
Miss Wilson took the medal she won in the Yngling class at Beijing Games as she unveiled the plaque on the new Tim Morton Sports Hall, at Rye St Antony School, in Woodlands Road, Headington.
School bursar Teresa Hudson said: "We actually invited Pippa to come before the Olympics, so we didn't know she would be coming here a gold medallist."
