A man who spied on another man while he was using a public toilet has been fined.
Christopher Mansford, of Marlborough Gardens, Faringdon, was charged with voyeurism after the incident at a public toilet in Faringdon in August.
The 45-year-old was fined £300 and ordered to pay £75 in costs at Didcot Magistrates' Court today.
