Police are appealing for information after three burglaries overnight in Wantage.
Thieves broke into a property in Littleworth Hill through a ground floor rear window and stole £50 in cash and another property in Denchworth Road was burgled and jewellery was stolen. Between 8.30pm and 9pm thieves attempted to break into a house in Roman Way but nothing was stolen.
The incidents occurred on Friday.
PC Maria Morrisey, based at Abingdon police station, said: “We suspect that these burglaries could be linked and are keen to catch those responsible.
“I would urge anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity or a suspicious vehicle in the area to contact me.”
