A special needs school is celebrating after winning a prestigious award.
Frank Wise School, Hornbeam Close, was awarded the International School Award by the Department for Children, Schools and Families.
The award was to recognise the school's work forging links with other schools across the globe, including a special needs school in Poland.
In the past, pupils have been to Florence, Rome, Barcelona, Seville and Zawadzkie. Teacher Anthony Munday said: "The visits enable pupils to get the best education possible."
