The funeral of Andrew Tapper, 11, who died last week from meningitis, will take place on Tuesday, at St Paul's Church, in Warwick Road, Banbury, at 2pm.
The North Oxfordshire Academy pupil died on Thursday after contracting the bacterial strain.
His family have asked people attending to wear football shirts.
