Walk on the wild side!
For companies looking for an unusual and interesting venue to hold small conferences and training days the Cotswold Wildlife Park is an ideal choice. Meetings take place in the Drawing Room of the Listed Manor House looking onto the terrace and across to rhinos and zebras.
Facilities are excellent, from the time delegates arrive, with plenty of car parking and a welcome cup of coffee.
Access to the rooms can be arranged from 8.30am to 5pm. The park provides a very relaxed atmosphere and many companies arrange for delegates to use the park for lively fact finding exercises.
Conferences are mainly held during the quieter months from September through t April and outside school holidays.
Catering is available throughout the day and meals, with waitress service, are served in the Orangery. Requirements are dealt with through the restaurant manager, Stephen Spooner on 01993 822005. Catering costs are in addition to the room rates. The basic rates, for the hire of the Drawing Room and general conference equipment starts at £200 per day for up to 15 delegates.
There is an additional charge for a digital multimedia projector. The room seats up to 55 theatre-style and 25-30 boardroom. Maximum charge is £400 per day.
